General brewing instructions: 3g of leaves to 7oz (200ml) of water at 195F for 2 minutes. Can be re-brewed up to 5 times with hotter water and longer infusions when brewed Gong Fu style.
From the Thyolo Mountain, Malawi, Africa, this tea’s small leaves are hand-picked and rolled to achieve a slightly darker oxidation for bold, brisk flavors great for blending, and cold-brewing iced tea. Twist & Dry has a darker, fruitier profile with notes of raisin, molasses, malt, and woody fragrance. Use 3g of leaves to 7oz (200ml) of water at 195F for 2 minutes. Brew either Gong Fu or Western method.

Tea measurements and water amount and temperatures vary, based on your personal preferences. We advise rinsing tea for a few seconds before the first infusion, at the same temperature as the brewed water. This softens the leaves for brewing. Filtered water, if possible. Use our brewing instructions only as guidelines. Your preferences are the most important.
